… Minimize Distractions: Most focus and work best when we aren’t distracted. For me, distractions come primarily from my phone. So, when I am writing, I have it charging in another room on airplane mode. I also don’t do well in silence, I actually find it to be distracting. I’ll either listen to music or sit outside as I find that it helps me to focus better.
