NEW-NORM, COVID-ERA PR LOOKS MORE DIGITAL

COVID-19 has changed everything, especially if you are a PR professional.

In short, the world is spinning faster.

Kathryn Lancioni of Seton Hall University and Dr. Pooja Arora of HCL and Shiv Nadar Foundation recently shared information about the unintended consequences of the pandemic on the PR industry. In their special report, “PR in The Time of COVID-19: A Global Perspective,” more than 100 mid- and senior-level PR practitioners from 16 countries were surveyed about the pandemic’s impact on the profession.

The findings sound more like a new normal as opposed to a glimpse into the future.
